The vision is Jesus - the mission is to see a network of drinking wells (Oases) missional communties emerge that can meet anywhere in Australia.

The Oases is simple expression of Church where people are coming together who love Jesus, and long to share Jesus with others.  A group of people who deep love for the presence of God

Isaiah 35 speaks of pools of water appearing out of the dry parched land, a place where healings and miracles happen - a place for the presence of God.

Stepping into New Things

We are embarking on a journey of starting Oases missional communities across the Blue Mountains and anywhere in Australia with those who want to relate and have a calling to start a Simple Church/organic or missional gathering of people.

The Oases is not a denomination : it is simply a network of Simple Churches to relate together to advance the kingdom of God and to see

God transform the communities we live in.

The meetings are spontaneous and Spirit-led. We love having meals together and being a community of believers where anyone can belong.

The teaching is usually discussion based where the Bible is the authority, where we can encourage everyone to engage and have input into the meeting by sharing their stories and what Jesus is revealing to them through His Word.

Our emphasis is different to conventional and contemporary Church in that we are exploring new ways of being the Church. It is our desire to bring the focus back onto making true disciples of Jesus Christ and having an expression of Church where everyone can be involved.

So, that now everyone can participate!
